but seriously...... ;) Each brand of BIOS has it's own post codes, and you need your bios number to be able to match the codes.
Best just to carefully pull the components out and replace them carefully once or twice to see if that does the trick. You don't need a wrist strap, unless the air is extremely dry and static prone, as I said before ... leave the plug in the wall, but switch the wall switch OFF. there will be no power but the case is earthed. as long as you lean on the case, all is well. Avoid directly touching the chips if possible.
