OK here's the deal, I currently have a:

I'm looking at replacing the following:

Soyo K7vta pro motherboard:
Athlon XP1800+
896MB PC133Mhz SDRAM

I plan on keeping the following:
ATI TV wonder tv tuner card
Geforce FX5200
and all drives currently attached to it right now.

I would like to replace the motherboard mainly to get the faster memory speed, and to get a faster AGP bus speed as I'm currently running an 8xagp card on a 4xagp bus system.  The following is what I hope to replace the current motherboard with:

Any body have any info on this board good or bad?

Currently planning on just getting the new motherboard, faster memory, and the stuff to keep it cool such as fans, and hopefully in the spring here update to a faster processor.  Any suggestions on whether or not I should do it this way?

Thanks for taking the time to read this,

Jared

it looks like its a good Mobo but... I have never heard much about Soyos... I would recommend an Abit NF-7

lol...I'll keep that it mind...I'm running a soyo motherboard right now (past 1 1/2 or so) without a single problem.  That's mainly why I was looking at that particular M/B.... I found a deal where they had it packaged with a XP1900+ processor for $10 more so I'm really considering that one as of right now, would like to go all out and get a 3200+, but alas my pocketbook isn't that full right now...

the reason I do not recommend a Soyo because now... they made it so everytime you flash your bios the board will mess up and you will have to send it to Soyo with 15 dollars so they can fix it... I have a link on it.
