MS ForceFeedBack Pro Vibration/Stiffness

I have a MS Force Feedback PRO on Windows XP. It works, but the problem is, is that I need a driver that is compatible with Windows XP, one that makes my joystick vibrate and gives that stiffness of flying a real plane feeling. Anyone know what I can do? The cd drivers that I got with it a while ago don't install on anything later than 98, and I don't even think I have it anymore. So what can I do?
