The fixes that I know about are as follows (please keep adding if you know any diffrent ones please):

For the ATI 9000 (fog problem) add these lines to your Display.cfg (in FS9 root folder):

; ATI Radeon 9000    
;----------------------------------------------------------------------

TableFog=0



Add this line for fog fix for ATI 9100:

;----------------------------------------------------------------------    
; ATI Radeon 9100    
;----------------------------------------------------------------------    
<00001002:0000514D>    
TableFog=0





For the ATI 9200 find the lines that say (please add line for the performance tip below also):
;----------------------------------------------------------------------
; ATI Radeon Win2k/XP
;----------------------------------------------------------------------
and add:  

tablefog=0


This is a performance tip for the ATI 9200 (add these lines to fix fog completly, and get about 5 more FPS also)

TableFog=0
