CD Read Writer

I would like to backup (not copy) all my fs downloads using my cdr-w drive however M$ points me continually to my A drive.
Does anyone out there know how to change from the a drive to the d (cdr/w) drive?

you will need burning software like NERO for backing up on cd...you cant simply right click and send to cd as you would to back up on floppy as this will not work....

Thanks Daz - I do have Nero and I am using that at this time.
