Posted: Thu Aug 07, 2003 1:53 pmConsidering I have a Celeron, I'd think either an AMD XP or Pentium 4 would greatly boost my machines performance!
All in all, I think a high end P4 (2.8ghz or above) would swing it for me - And no question of the P4 choice given plenty of money and a 3ghz Hyperthreading /800mhz fsb if speed was a higher consideration than cost!

Posted: Thu Aug 07, 2003 3:16 pmI personally use an AMD Duron 950mhz with a 200mhz FSB. My mainboard accepts an Athlon XP 2000 with a 266fsb, so I've been concidering getting that.
