DRAM

I went to Fry's computer store and I tolled them about my system problem. (When it freezes after 5-10 minutes of playing). They said I could be short on DRAM. What is DRAM, and does anyone know if it would solve my problem. Thanks.

Maybe they are referring to DDR Ram, if you don
