My FS2002 freezes all the time about 5-10 minutes after takeoff. It seems to get an error faster when I am below 10,000 feet and around more terrain. The error reads as follows:

-ModName:panels.dll (or at different times) terrain.dll
One more thing. When the game freezes, I can hear the proccessor going really fast for about 5 seconds, and then the error comes up. It's the same sound it makes when I defrag my computer. Thanks in advance on any help or suggestions anyone may have.
