My system is 98 second edition.

At all times when I touch my throttle, the a/c engines go to 100% power.

When the system is first started, engines are at 75% power.

The F keys give an ok control but using them is not the same as the throttle on the joystick.

Advice please

Make sure you haver the latest drivers for your joystick, you may have to go to the microsoft site to get the latest ones then carefully calibrate your joystick under game controllers in control panel. Hope this helps.
