Saitek AV8R stick issues

Had my http://www.amazon.co.uk/Saitek-Cyborg-3 ... 249&sr=8-1 for many years now, even on vista it works great and still going strong, guess they don't make them like they used to This has taken a real beating through the years (no pun intended)
