You can't use it as a TV... it IS a TV!!  ;D

You shouldn't have a problem connecting your PC to it though. It has a S-video in and your videocard should come with S-video out and a nice little cable (mine had a cable with it...).  ;)

Yes as I showed I did put a system together with his specs and it did beat Dells in price a bit. I could not get the same specs with high quality parts. I do agree though building your own high perf machine is better though of course but if you don't know what your doing, don't want to, and don't even know what OC stands for then a "dell" is the best bet. Yes I can provide better support to a customer than dell but it is a lot of hassle on your part. You build it the next day your getting a call because MS Word aint workin then the next week your gettin a call on how to overclock.

I only build for people with a good general knowledge of parts, I give them all paperwork and tell them if it breaks you replace it or call me and ill charge $80 and hour to fix, and I am not your customer service rep. I don't do very many budget builds because it is like real estate you get all these wackoos that want more than they can get for their money so you end up using cheap parts that break after a year time.

Oh lordy...  lol   I gave up on building for others years ago  :P  It's a lose/lose..

The only exception is if they do the actual building, and get it running while I just advise..
and, unless they're a good friend.. they're on their own after that...
