Well done eno, i have downloaded a profile from somewhere for the X52, i tried it last night, it has stopped my mouse problem where the arrow was falling off my screen . I'm a bit worried about messing with this joystick [programming it], as i'm a bit of a disaster area when it comes to computers, i can't even get RWY12 to work on my game.

I got the profile from Saitek here

I've sussed the reverse throttle .... after reading the manual DOH!!
Set up bands for the throttle.
I have 0-10% of the movement set as reverse thrust.
If you read the manual supplied on the disc it's easy ..... It's too complex to put easily in a thread.

when i try to look at the manual on the disk supplied, it shows me a strange page about hacking and rubbish !!

All i need to do now is get RWY12 working, i've been trying to get that to work for days now, actually it's been weeks !.

I've taken the reverse thrust off the throttle ........ if you don't disable the profile after exiting FS  then wierd things start happening in windows if the throttle is left in 0-10% position.

I wondered - I would press alt to access the menu and once or twice it prompted me to exit FS...

Tis a bit useless on Spitfires anyway :)

I had no other use for it so it seemed fitting i guess. I still havent found assignments for all the buttons, Gear view change brakes flaps and ATC window display on the main joystick, reversers on the throttle. Any suggestions as to your layout?

On the throttle I have the flaps and diff braking on the hat switch to the right of the rudder "rocker". Haven't found a use for the rotary switches yet, but the "mouse control" - the little button under the thumb - I have set to perform the following...

Fwd - Gear
Rear - Airbrake - chose this as its the closest I can get to the position of the airbrake toggle on  the Tucano,
Up - Arrester hook
Down - Wing fold

It may be better explained with a diagram ;)
