Professional grade helicopter controls?

Hi I'm looking for tips on great professional grade helicopter controls for my simulator. I'm looking for a setup with a cyclic, a collective and rudder pedals

Currently I have a set of older Flight link controls (g-stick III) and it has terrible sensitivity, there must be some controls that aren't so unprecedented out there. The g-stick is impossible to fine-trim for precise hovers in.

All suggestions welcome!
