desktop run fsx,laptop record with fraps. is it posible ?

FSX runs smooth until i record with fraps.Tried all the sugested settings in fraps and i dont want to change any setting in fsx.I want smooth high quality videos.So is it posible to run fsx on one computer and have fraps on a laptop with a video in to record. Or is there another way .
