OS on Samsung or WD?

I just buy this Wester Digital 1 tb disk 32 mb cache 3 gb/s, and now made two partition:

2 drives and never put a performance application that requires the highest speed access possible on a 2nd partition, ever

2nd partitions are for dead storage and backups..

Ok, I think OS on Samsung then and Sim on WD.
