being a certified dummy, i think that an online book with this title would be great...especially since it could be upgraded, to accommodate the digital demons who love to make things complicated for us and keep us on a leash.....could be sold like payware aircraft ....with all the myriad maze of protections to assure that each person has a legal copy .....it would sure be a relief to have one place to look...kinda of like a detective novel without an ending....nick probably doesn't need the money, so he could donate the profits to microsoft to supplement a new fs team ......would be a nice offering..as long as he could handle the dummy part ...but then again.....he has so much info on the forum, it probably wouldn't be worth the effort.....cheers......

Being a member of the shiny forehead club ( over 50 ), Nicks advice has brought me into the 21st century. In the year 2000, I did not know how to turn a computer on. Now, next friday I am going to help a shiny forehead friend optimize his sluggish 2 year old pc.
The way Nick simplifies the tech stuff has amazed me since I've started reading Simv threads....

I must confess to having an altar to Nick in the back yard.  Every weekend we sacrifice the fatted cow or hog or chicken to him....WAIT....my buddies tell me every Sunday that it is a grill!  Not an altar to Nick!?

  Excellent suggestion. I like the online book idea with the ability to change with the technology in the form of upgrades. Yes, I agree that he probably doesn't need the money ... but I'm not sure about the donation to MS part!
