Without any specs (browser, OS, etc.) it's hard to determine where the problem is but the first thing I would do is clear niternet cache, temp files, and cookie. Be aware that if you have a cookie(s) to a website(s) and clear all cookies you will have to re-enter the username/pass combo to gain user access.
