Microsoft Windows Vista (6.0) Home Premium Edition

An 8800GT give the best performance for buck, around $170 AUD ;)

the 8800gt alone requires at least 400w.. so you'd definitely have to upgrade the power supply. I burned out my old 500w power supply by simply running a gtx 260 which needed  a minimum of 500w.. now I'm using a 700w for that old system. get a minimum 500w i would say.. it would leave you with a little bit of room to upgrade to INTEL in the future  ;)
