Graphics Cards, Sound Cards, Joysticks, Computers, etc. Ask or advise here!

Been searching for a suitable 9800GTX+ off Newegg and I want to know which would be the best card there for about $199.
What is more of a determining factor on the performance of the card in FSX? The core clock or the memory clock? Did some research on Wiki but couldn't determine an answer.
Reason I ask is that MSI had its card at a core clock of 760MHz and a Memory Clock of 2300MHZ: The highest clocks for $200, but this card has since been deactivated.
Alot of the other cards are slower for the same price, but with either high core clocks and lower memory clocks or vice versa.
I've narrowed it down to these two by:
ZOTAC 750/2300 $193
XFX 775/2250 $200
The XFX comes with a $30 rebate, but that doesn't apply to me (live in the Caribbean), so the ZOTAC is really cheaper. Which one would you choose based solely on performance?
Thanks for your input. 8-)

core speed and its ability are more important than memory speed on a video card
Whats important about VC memory more than speed is its buss speed, not the clock speed of the memory
memory speed after than is a perk... but it does help, not as much as the rest
