How do these compare?

This system with either
this card or
this card?  Or, if neither one would be appropriate, what might work for that system?

The intention is to run FS9, and later (a few months from now) FSX.

Keep in mind, I haven't purchased anything, yet.

System seems ok but if going for a 9 series card don't go anything lower than one of the 9800s. It would be better to go with an 8800GT or higher.
Newegg has recertified 8800 Ultra's for $130. (Can anyone comment on the reliability of these please?)
Tigerdirectalso has them for $200.
