I propose to upgrade for fs9 best performance, and found from a shop nearby these:

MOBO:- Asus P5Q3 Deluxe/WiFi-AP    for
Home build, Asus P5K Premium WiFiiFi Intel,
Intel Core 2 Quad Pro Q6600 95W 2.4GHz,
OCZ Vendetta Cpu Cooler, 2x2GB, 240-pin DIMM,
DDR2 800 (400mhz) PC2-6400,
EVGA GeForce 9800 GTX KO 512MB GDDR3 (PCI-E),
Excelsior sata 250gb,

Hi,

I would go for the Q6600 Quad procesor, overclocked to at least 3Ghz.

Correct me if im wrong, but does your motherbord not Only support DDR3 Ram. If it does, i would go for at least 2GB 1600mhz ram, which will need set up in your bios, otherwise you would be better of getting a similar DDR2 Motherboard with 4GB 1066mhz RAM.

I fell into the trap of 1333mhz DDR3 Ram, ended up sending it back, my DDR2 ran better.
1600MHZ-2000Mhz DDR3 Ram will run better, but expect to pay over
