Youtube probs.

This was the only place I could think of to ask this, so here goes:

Whenever I try to watch a vid on Youtube, or another site that uses the same technology (if you know what I mean?) the vid is of quite poor quality. I can stand it, but I'd like something clearer.

If I watch a vid on another site, I get a perfectly clear pic.

And no, it's not because the uploaded vids are of poor quality.

I'm using a Macbook Pro.

Youtube has now updated so you can adjust the quality of the videos. By default they are on low for the video to load the fastest.
