The WD Raptors doesn't seem to fit in my Antec 900 drive bay. The screws that came with it are way too short. Do you suggest modifying it by cutting part of the piece of metal out? The SATA cables that came with the HDD are very nice but they take up space in my case. Is there a purpose to the little blue plastic thing that sticks out on the other end of the SATA cable? Could I just use the cables that came with the MOBO?
I have a real problem with my cable management. What are some tips? Currently they are hanging out of the case like intestines.
