For the price you are better off on 2 8800GTX's although FSX is worthless in SLi unless you are running a massive high resolution and 16-32x AA and then its only clarity, not frames

and, the water cooling system shown in that link above is a joke. The Zalman 9700NT will cool a quad better on air than that el'cheapo water system that was old news and really outdated several years ago

Yeah I'm smelling something stinky in here. My new rig is pretty comparable to the specs listed above and at 1440x900 resolution I get between 24 to 55 fps depending on my chosen settings. I have only played this game 3 or 4 times so maybe I could get more out of it. . Now I have a ton of crap running in the background but I dont think they are capable of costing me over 240 + fps.

My Toy,
I actually threw in a Xfi SC, another 8800GTX for some Quake and 2 27" Acers  and 4 gigs of XMS PC8500 with a Q6700 clocked to 2.97 coupled with 6 Raptors and a silverstone 800w PSU now FSX Runs quite nice now, not because of SLI, But because Nick Got it that way , with his endless typing
