the 7950GT is better than the 7900GT.  Since they are both factory overclocked, you probably would be better off with the 7950GT.  Also, you may note that the ATI x1900XT is supposed to be slightly better than the 7950GT. But, just between the 2 cards you are asking about the 7950GT would be your better choice.
