What am I looking at? I am not all the tech guy so would you mind explain?

Is it the "Extreme" and the "Quad" and how they are both different?

Extreme processors are more expensive, by a healthy margin. I just found it funny that it mistook my Oced q6600 for a extreme.

At the end of the day the Core2QE is the same silicone as the Core2Q so pushing the clock up high enough could confuse CPU-Z.
