Problems Downloading from SimV

My D-Link router died on me so I had to switch back to the Linksys wrt54g router (wireless). But, apparently, there is a security setting in there that is blocking downloads. (I have no firewall software installed into the computer currently.) Unfortunately, I am having problems getting TO that security setting because of this.

Does ANYONE know why the list of links is not there?

Ok. This is soo ****ed up. I changed router security/firewall. Nothing helped. I tried turning OFF all security and resetting it etc. Nothing. It's not the router. I think my computer has locked itself down because it doesn't have security on it...what the heck!? On my desktop I can download and it has the security on it...why can't I on my sony vaio laptop?????? Please! No one I have seen so far knows whatsup can someone at LEAST tell me somewhere that I can get this fixed with paying $150 for Geek Squad to come!?

Have you tried the factory reset option?...... there must be one somewhere.
