Slow render (blurry then crisp but a little slow)

Hey guys, as some of you may know I recently installed a new video card (8800gts 320mb) and 2gb of ram. I have a small problem FS9 looks great, but in some spots it takes a few moments for fs9 to show the final crisp texture/building/tree.

Let's say I'm flying and I look out the window to my left, I can see most of the areas real nice, but I can see buildings and trees popping up a little later and some of the textures are still blurry and a few moments later it all looks good.

Do you guys have the same problem? I thought it was going to flow smoothly after the ram and card. :-?

Any ideas? I think this may be fixed by playing with the .cfg

The buildings and trees showing up a little late doesn't bug me as much as still having some blurry spots for a few moments.
