Well http://www.mwave.com has the 3 things I was going to buy, so I'm going to cool off, wait until my paypal is activated, give newegg one last shot. and if it does't work then try mwave. This is really taking the fun and excitement out of the upgrade

Mwave is A-ok

I know them from years ago and they can be trusted. I dont know how they may work the international CC.

I would contact them and discuss the transaction well before clicking buttons. Be very upfront about why you are asking and ask how that may all work and if paypal is a better option than direct.

At least that way you have a backup ready to be started right away in case newegg falls through or at least you will know if Mwave will work with you or not and then you can move to another if not.

I had a problem similar to this one. Only my problem was the billing address and the shipping address were different. I was living in the US but my credit card is Portuguese and is billed to my address in Portugal so the addresses didn't match. I couldn't buy from Newegg because of that.
I also tried payPal but then again the billing address in the pay pal account and the shipping address were different. No luck for me.
I'm actually happy I didn't buy the stuff in the US though because I would have to pay a lot to customs in order to leave the country with all the stuff.
