AMD CPU voltage??

Greets all...

I recently built 2 PCs...

Mine has an Asus Crosshair, AMD X2 64 5600+ and worked fined from first boot

The other has an Asus Crosshair, AMD X2 64 4000+ and on PC probe it is saying that the CPU NB HT voltage is at 1.38V and the block is red.

My technical knowledge pretty much ends after plugging in everything on the m/b...when it comes to proper BIOS settings i'm screwed.

Also...when i boot up and login it pops up some BIOS error message, if i then reboot....POOF gone.

I checked the current BIOS rev. on ASUS's website and the one on the support CD seems to be the same. I did however download it again and used the Asus update app. to "update" it.

Any ideas? i will try to post some picks of the error message later today?

Should i be concerned about the 1.38V CPU NB HT?
