Simple question...

Postby tennm1980 » Mon Apr 16, 2007 10:06 am

I have used fs04 for a few years now. my computer recently bit the dust, and being on a VERY limited budget, i bought an older model hewlett-packard pavillion. i have installed windows 98, being thats about all i can afford to install on it at the moment. ive cleaned pretty much everything off of the computer to prepare to install fs04. are there tips for running the program on an outdated system? ive read the faq etc, but it doesnt really specify anything about running it on the older windows. i can deal with having to set the detail on a lower setting, just so i can get smooth frames. ANY help is wonderfully appreciated.

If you mean FS 2004, or FS9 your SOL. FS9 needs at least Windows 2000 to run.

My recommendation, go to e-bay, grab a copy of FS98, be happy.
