xbox360 and wireless network problems

hi all.  i am having probelms connecting my 360 to my wireless network.  even when i place the 360 next to my router, it simply cant find the network.  i can connect other computers/laptops to the network no problem.  any ideas what might be wrong?

yup, ite the only one that will work, apparently.  i did try my belkin usb dongle but it didnt work at all.

Is your wireless network WEP or WPA secured? The XBox may be having a hard time finding its way through the security.

Once I put the wireless key in it worked like a charm on mine
