if your willing, to, you need to go into the machine and clear out the cleaning station. this is my career, and it sounds to me that the cleaning station is full. i'd reccomend taking it into an "office Machine" repair shop to get it cleaned, since we have the right tools.
if your going DIY, i'll give you some tips
>all screws on an HP printer are either a #2 philips or a #1 Torq.
>the cleaning station is on the right.
>GET SOME RUBBER GLOVES
>don't break the plastic.
the other problem could be somehing damaging your ink cartridge print heads. those big rollers right before the inks, check that area for pieces of plastic, paper, and such. DO NOT TOUCH OR CLEAN THE PRINT HEADS!! or find yourself buying new cartridges.
