I just bought a new motherboard CPU P43.06 &DDR 512 533freq
I 'm not familiar very well with these new technologies, begining by the weird socket LGA775 diferent way of pins..
I just place everything including my "already recorded WINXP sp2 in one of my my 2 80gb each but there are funny images Like icons without colours or ghost images ,Will I have to format the hdd ?

In the bios there is a menu CPU PNP inside there's a selection of CPU Overclock enable disableand below once you select enable a selection of numbersCPU Overclocking FREQ:from 133 all the number up0 to 300I let it on 133 I'm afraid to increase it ..
I also bought a 600watts power source But I need an extra conetion for one of my favorite burner a SCSI panasonic burner ,will be ok If I attach an extra cable to feed power to this? ,I mean there's only 4 conectors in this power source if I add one will it support? Please give me some advises of how could I make a little bit more faster the FSX its already faster that

Sorry, I am no overclocking expert, but are you saying you just dragged windows from your old hard drive and and put it into your new one???  If so, I would probably suggest to reformat the hardrive and to do a clean install (it will improve FSX performance too)

Yes, Backup all your data, game folders etc, or copy it all to the second drive for later retrieval, then format and install windows on you primary drive.

Leave the bios options on auto for now until you get windows up and running with all your software installed, or, set them manually at your hardware's default settings if you are sure what those are.

You need to consult your BIOS manual and learn all about it, as well as learn all about your Chipset capabilities and what overclock options others with similar hardware are using. After much study, things will become clearer but you will still have a lot of questions, so ask again when you've done more basic homework, If I told you now, you wouldn't understand it properly without the basic knowledge required. DO NOT OVERVOLT anything despite what you read or are told until you are absolutely sure you know what you are doing, overvolting is about the only thing that will damage your system in an overclocking environment.

You should be able to use an adapter to provide more power outlets for your SCSI burner.

Download http://www.majorgeeks.com/EVEREST_Free_Edition_d4181.html and do a system report and post it here when you get the new system up and running so we can see what it is you have installed and how it is configured..
