CAS Latency

How much of an effect does CAS Latency (RAM) have on overall perfomance?  Will you notice a difference between a latency of 2 and 3?

No, not in preformance, but when you go to overclock looser timings are for the better.

There is a diferance, but it's NOT noticable.
