NEW PC ORDERD :D

im just so happy that the payment has finaly gone through i just had to blurt it out somewhere :P

PNYFX5500 128mb
1700+ AMD athlon Pro  (1.5GHZ)
512mb ebuyer value ram

new specs:
512mb MSI 7900GTO
AMD x2 64 4600+ 1mb l2 cache
1gig corsair XMS ddr 3200 (400) ram
coolermaster caviler silver case

now if you compare old to new you will see why im so excited

their will be another 1gig of ram added in a month or so ;D

and a small GPU upgrade next year sometime ;D

nice system there, but I would upgrade the graphics card when DX10 comes out (I wouldnt have bought a 7900 personally, something cheaper and to get me by until DX10/Vista) Other than that, I see some happy times ahead! Cheers, Gunny

that 7900GTO is a cheap temp card and i plan on doing a full vista upgrade next year  ;D

ah 260 USD.... Not bad but I would have ebayed a 6800 PCI-E until DX10, but hey, still a good system, sends mine packing  ;D Cheers, Gunny

Heh. I read your first specs and thought "why is he so excited, thats sh!te". Then I read further and realised that it was what you were upgrading from. ;D

I'll wager that the extra gig of RAM takes more than a month or so to be added. I said in Janurary that I would more than double my RAM at the first oppertunity and am still yet to do so. ;D

You should have gone E6300 w/ a 2GB kit of RAM. Would have saved you some cash too.
