Cursor freezes in FS9 ..

My cursor freezes every 20-30th boot of FS9. No problems with the cursor otherwise, only does it in FS9. If I move the mouse, the click feature still works even with the mouse frozen. Just no visual reference (cursor)
Can anyone offer any advice? I would appreciate the help..Clipper  :)

Maybe minimizing and then maximizing the FS window might help? I'm not sure why this would help, but that's the first thing I would try. I'd do it just to see if the cursor does move back in Windows.
