Well it costs to recieve calls. However I have been able to use my PDA many times to call people (Landlines and cell phones) useing skype and it was completely free.

Yes, you can do that, but I, like most folks, cannot. We prefer to use phone books and dial out on old fashioned telephones that look like Mickey Mouse and actually have a bunch of BIG buttons our big fat arthritic

I don't know what your situation is but all local and national calls are free thru Internet Calls in the UK and many overseas destinations. Basically Internet Calls just snags 10 euros off you 3 times a year and that's it except for your mobile phone bill.
