Can anyone suggest a safe method of lubricating a CH Flight Yoke?

Tri-Flo works great you can buy it from Sherwin Williams and it is also recommended by the makers of CH stuff.

You don't want to use anything like WD40 or other petrolium based lubes, it will soften and destroy your yoke.

Something to look for if your having some resistance is a "burr" that will run the length of the shaft (right down the middle) most times this is removed at the factory but the miss it sometimes, this can cause some minor friction.
