Graphics Card Question

Hi,
I am looking for a new video card. My current specs are:

Compaq Presario 6000
Pentium 4 processor 2.66GHz
1 Gig RAM
RADEON 9000 Series AGP

And heres another one.

Okay basically the best card you can put in there will be a 6800XT. Anything higher will bottolneck on your slower processer. Look at getting a new processer and GPU.

I  actually bought that card not too long ago, i'm very satisfied with it

(were you looking at the overclocked version?)

7800GS is going to be about $200 ~ $230. The 6800XT is about $180

Geforec 7800 GS OC, It cost me $300, but a week later it dropped to $200 :'(
