No the phone will connect to iTunes. However you cant use any of the other tools that a PC user would be able to. So you can put your music on it, but you cant put your pics, movies, modd the Seems, or do anything really fun with it.

Don't you use bluetooth to do that?

Well yes and no. To connect to iTunes you must have a hard connection to the PC. To connect to MPT (Motorola Phone Tools) you can do ithor. To use P2K to edit seems you need to be on a cable, and to reflash / flex the phone you have to be on a wire.

But again MPT, P2K, and PST are not Mac compatable.

Why don't you do what I do, use your phone for phone calls, and your ipod for itunes. :P

It's worked flawlessly for three years now. ;D

However my new (soo friggen happy) Motorola RAZR V3i can play music via iTunes, Make phone calls, be used as an extirnal modem for my PDA, Take movies and pix via the 1.23MP camera, and then put all that media on a 1GB MicroSD card, so I can swap it to my PDA, thats even if I feel like it. I can just bluetooth it over.

Only carying two gadgets is so much easier.
