No, that isn't a good card. The XT cards have slower clockspeeds than their original. Your better off getting a plain FX5200 or FX5600.

I have a PNY Nvidia GeForce FX5600 video card however I can't find it the list of supported cards in the Nvidia GeForce graphic list. I'm looking for an updated driver if there is one. Can anyone help?

Any new nVidia driver on nVidia's site will work with the FX5600. I use version 61.21 from guru3d.com. It's a beta driver which means it's still a work in progress. I find it stable but other's may not. You could also try the Starstorm drivers which are also available on Guru3d. These are nVidia official drivers that have been tweaked for preformance.

If you can scrape up a bit more get a FX5700.  The FX5200 is right at bottom of range, the FX5600 sux pretty bad too, my GF4 Ti4600 out performs it  ;D

Ati 9800pro isnt a bad card either and as the new generation cards are being released they can be had pretty cheap, a shop here in UK has en for
AMD64 3500+ @ 2200MHz 400FSB
MSI K8N Neo 2 mobo nForce3 chipset
1gig Corsair XMS PC3200 timings @ 10.2.2.2
XFX 6800 Ultra @ 450/1200
80gig HDD
Loadsa fans!!!
