IL-2 1946 Install Question

Hello!

I have IL-2 1946; when I'm trying to install the sim, I get an error message saying that the 'data1.cab' file is corrupted and will not load. Thinking it was the CD's, I obtained another UNOPENED package and tried to install with the new CD's... same error message. Am I missing something here, as in I have a bad CD/ DVD Drive, or is it something else?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could be possibly your CD/DVD drive if a new CD doesn't work.
Maybe if it doesn't work out you could buy and download online?
