I followed your advice. The PC told me to check my Windows settings. All were up to date, but it recommended I refresh my Windows 10. I did, specifying not to delete any personal files. It did so anyway and after refreshing Windows 10, now my entire Flightsim program and associated addons are GONE. HELP!!!!! At least get me a number at X-Box support tyhat can help me.

This is why pc backups are your friend. Learn how to make backups before doing any major maintenance. If you had made a full backup of your pc before reinstallation, you'd be able to restore its original configuration. Really, backups are your friend. If you don't know how to make a backup, do some homework and self training - tutorials on YouTube to start. For anything major, I use free Clonezilla Live booted from a thumb drive and make a full drive image backup to an external hard drive or to one of my home server network drives. External USB hard drives are cheap if you need to get one, never ever been less expensive because of falling IT prices as the economies around the world are cooling off, slowing down. Like the old saying goes, it's not a matter of IF you will lose data, it's when. It's just common sense to make backups if you value your time and don't want to reinstall software and settings all over again, the old "Practice makes perfect" drill as you have to reinstall something for the umpteenth time.
