Why would you believe this to be Amelia's plane instead of just a regular metalic boat that would be sunken/wreked on the coral reef ?

Between the time the aircraft has been submerged and powerful tropical systems i really doubt there would be anything left. There was a documentary done where pictures of possible amelia earhardt and fred noonan standing on a dock and plane was hoisted on a japenese ship.
