Lost Photogrammetry After 1.12.13.0

Question is, has this happened to you and if so how did you get it back? Buildings look like FSX. Oh, and Marketplace is greyed out also. MS/Asobo Zendesk no help at all. It is obvious that they did not even read what I had tried unsuccessfully. Just looked at my Subject Line.

Photogrammetry is ON.

I'm open to any and all suggestions. I've read you can't even uninstall the sim correctly.
