DP files - A Tutorial on

I hope this is the correct forum for this request. If not then will someone please move it to the correct one -

I am looking for a tutorial on writing and managing the dp file on my aircraft.

I have the "Caleb Flerk's Guide" and find it pretty good but still leaving some unanswered questions.

It seems that microsoft has taken down the SDK's on CFS2 (if there ever were any) because I can't find them.

Did they have an SDK for the DP files ?  

Does anybody have any recommendations ? If so will you please share them with me ?
