Missions for CFS1 pacific and middle east

~S~ Gents! I was hoping that someone might tell me if there is and where to get a mission builder that allows you to build missions that don't require using stock airfields and European locations.I want to build some missions for the Pacific and for the middle east but the two mission builders I have only allow stock locations or some small change in lats and longs.I need one that will allow me to put scenery/flak in the Pacific and Iraq(hehe) Is there such a program or am I missing something in the ones I've got.One is CFS Mission editor 3.0.3 by Cor Dikland.The other is is CFSmission builder by Martin Burdeck.I also have the stock mission builder but have never used that one.  
Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly apprecited

Ah,its the answer man Mr. Hagar.Thank you sir.You always have an answer for me!By the way,I tried MKafd by Martin Wright as you suggested and  now all my carriers(4 now) can now be entered into and cfo'd to from the main airfield menu.Works great.The guys in my squad think I'm becoming quite expert thanks to you :-)    ;D  ;D  ;D
