Making missions, aircraft, scenery or other add-on for CFS 1, 2 or 3? Ask or advise here!

Dear Simmers:
How can I create permanent scenery for CFS2 using the stock buildings, aircraft, shipps, and vehicles?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the link. However I have found out that he has a tutorial on this subject that is available to dowload at the Sim-Outhouse.
Do you know if it can be downloaded at this sight? For some reason or another I cannot log into the Simouthouse website where I know it is located.
