MilViz/Nemeth S-64 Skycrane Expansion Pack

Postby Scorch00 » Tue Dec 29, 2020 2:16 am

A ways back in 2020, I received official go-ahead from MilViz to semi-modernize their Skycranes in a mod pack. The expansion for the Skycrane falls into adding 6 new firefighting models. Mainly the models seen more commonly across The United States, Europe, and Australia. My mod pack will address some of the shortcomings and inaccuracies of the stock firefighting models. Also to be included with the new models will be 14 new liveries, newly updated sounds, and added features to the model. Such as working pond snorkels. The mod pack, per my agreement with MilViz will be FREE to the community. However, the MilViz/Nemeth Skycrane will be required in order for these new models to work and appear in your sim. They will be for FSX and up to P3Dv5. The addition of PBR for P3Dv4+ applications had to be left out in light of keeping cross compatibility between all the sims. Liveries include US, Italian, Greek, and Australian operators. Models to be included as follows:

1) Sikorsky CH-54A Tarhe (Aero Union 2,000 Gallon RADS Tank)
2) Sikorsky S-64E Skycrane (Erickson Equipped 2,650 Gallon Tank)
2) Erickson S-64E Skycrane (Erickson Equipped 2,650 Gallon Tank / Forward Box / Ram Snorkel)
3) Sikorsky S-64E Skycrane (Simplex Equipped 2,600 Gallon Tank)
4) Erickson S-64F Skycrane (Erickson Equipped 2.650 Gallon Tank / Forward Box / Ram Snorkel)
5) Erickson S-64F Skycrane (Erickson Equipped 2,650 Gallon Tank / Forward Box / Ram Snorkel / Nose Radome
6) *Erickson S-64F Skycrane (Erickson Equipped 2,650 Gallon Tank / Forward Box / Ram Snorkel / Water Cannon (based on the stock version, but corrected livery and model)
